From Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock to the south, Lakewood to the west, Aurora to the east, Littleton, Centennial and Greenwood Village neighborhoods on the south side of town up through the classic central Denver of Washington Park, Capital Hill, Park Hill, Congress Park and northern neighborhoods in and around the Highlands, I have successfully bought and sold properties.  I focus on finding good opportunities as well as pricing and promoting homes for a successful sale. I like to leverage my experience in the corporate world (as a real estate customer) to help ensure my clients find a location that meets the needs of both their personal and professional lives and interests. 

A good opportunity for one buyer might not be one for another that has different needs.  Whether buying or selling, it is important to be able to communicate this to your agent or to prospective buyers.

I also work with banks as an REO agent and have experience working with relocation companies as a relocation specialist.  This is invaluable when working with clients that are considering the purchase of a foreclosed properties as well as transactions with corporate sellers.
