The Selling Process

Selling your home in today’s market requires that you hire a Realtor that will both market your home effectively and competently work with buyers to ensure a successful transaction.

The Door2Denver sales approach includes using the newest internet Web 2.0 technologies and techniques to gain the most exposure to potential buyers. Additionally, your home marketing campaign includes an office tour by 20-30 agents upon listing, exposure to 75 agents through the Realtor Board, and a free staging consultation.

Equally as important is making sure the transaction goes smoothly and to your advantage. I leverage my experience working for resale clients, banks/REOs, and relocation companies to successfully negotiate through the sales price, inspection resolution, and appraisal process.
